Registration Information

Full and In-Training Registration with membership fees includes:

•   Entry to all scientific sessions and displays
•   Programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches on Friday and Saturday

All delegates must indicate on the registration site whether they will be attending either of this breakfast sessions. Cost: $40 (limited to 30 attendees)

Advances in Quantifying Skeletal Muscle Mass Workshop
with Prof Steven Heymsfield

This workshop will be held on Sunday 25th November 2018 and will be limited to 50 people.

Cost: $50 (limited to 50 attendees each) for conference attendees and $150 for non-conference attendees

Welcome Reception

Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Venue: Atrium, Otago Museum (5 minutes walk from the meeting venue)

A great networking opportunity that will allow you to catch up with colleagues and mingle with delegates attending the meeting. Included in full and in-training registration fees.

Cost: Included with full registration. Extra tickets: $65 per ticket.

 

Other Information 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be advised in writing or by confirmed email to the Conference Secretariat by 31st October 2018. Otherwise there will be a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Payment of Fees

All fees are in Australian Dollars and contain Australian GST. Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only) or EFT to:

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received. 

We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST—the ABN 14 568 939 746. Upon online payment you will receive a tax invoice.  

Liability

In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, ANZSSFR, the University of Otago and the Meeting Managers of the ANZSSFR 2018 Annual Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Privacy

Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
