Where is the conference venue?

The Meeting is being held at:

All meeting sessions will be held on Level 2 in the State Room and Level 2, Meeting Room 2.

When and where is the Registration Desk?

The Registration Desk will be located in the Level 2 Foyer of the Hilton Sydney on Friday and will open at the following times during the meeting:

Friday 22nd November 2019        0745 – 1900
Saturday 23rd November 2019    0730 – 1700


Where do speakers load their talks?

All speakers must report to the Audio Visual Technician located in the back of the State Room.  Please load your talk with your technician during the breaks prior to your session.  It is preferable to load at least two sessions prior to your session.


What are the poster dimensions and when do they present?

All Posters are up for the duration of the meeting. Posters should be portrait and no more than 1 metre wide x 1.2 metres long.  Posters can go up from Friday morning from morning tea and should be removed by the end of afternoon tea on Saturday 23rd November.   Poster authors should stand by their posters during morning tea on both days to answer queries in relation to your research. Velcro will be provided to affix your poster to the boards.


Will there be an Abstract Book?

All abstracts are available online for downloading prior to the start of the Meeting.  Please refer to the link on the home page to obtain a copy to save to your device.  No printed abstract books or programs will be provided during the meeting.


Is there WIFI at the venue?

Yes, WIFI will be available at the Hilton Sydney on the conference level.


Where are the catering breaks located?

All catering breaks will be located with the exhibitions on Level 2 in Rooms 3/4 and 5/6.  We are very grateful for the support of our sponsors and encourage you to take the time to visit them during the breaks.


What if I have a special dietary request?

The waiting staff have been advised of any special diets to date.  Please see the staff at the Registration Desk or the wait staff to locate your requirements.


Where is the Welcome Reception?

Venue:  Exhibition Area with the Posters - Friday 22nd November from 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm

If you have not registered for this event and wish to attend, please notify the Meeting Secretariat to be included in the numbers prior to the event.


Where are the Meet the Professor Breakfast Sessions on Saturday morning?

Time      7.30am – 8.30am, LEVEL 1

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
